Your deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable.
If you should need to cancel for any reason, you can transfer your deposit to another participant for a $100 admin fee. You are responsible for finding your replacement and must arrange the transfer directly with them. Samsara will allocate $1650 of your deposit to them.
Additional payments can be refunded if the cancellation occurs before July 1, 2022. After July 1, 2022, no refunds are possible.
NOTE: Lodging arrangements will be allocated based on the order of reservations. 2 of the accommodations are offsite (5-8min drive). As soon as we have received your full payment, we will reach out and arrange lodging preferences with you directly.
