Every human is an athlete. Our ancestors developed athletic traits to run, throw, jump and climb, and you are their descendant. Our bodies are all purpose built for athleticism. When we talk about athletes, we mean all human beings. Not everyone gets to cultivate their athleticism, and that’s why you come to the Athlete Team, to grow and foster your raw athletic ability.
Many of our athletes are moms and dads, busy professionals and athletes of all ages (currently from 18 – 70 years old). Some are professional athletes, but we make no distinction, we are all athletes.
Samsara is a revolutionary training method (we won the prestigious Outsider of the Year award for our fascia-driven innovation). You’re not here just to get fit, to get strong, or to heal your imbalances and dysfunctions – you are here for all of it. A total transformation of how your body moves, feels and performs. From rehab, to nutrition, to habit-formation, athlete mindset and genuine athlete community – this is what makes us different.
There comes a time when your daily choices, and who you want to be as an athlete – are leading in 2 different directions.
The nagging injuries, the plateaued performance, the lack of confidence in your body – when you’re in a place where you are ready to truly invest in yourself, you know it is time. We will create a roadmap to rebuild your body from the inside out and cultivate the athlete within you.
We favor a high frequency, low volume approach to strength & mobility training, this means you will train frequently but for short durations (if you are limited on time). Our coaches will work with you to program a training schedule around your work, family, and life responsibilities, along with your personal preferences.
To get the most out of the experience, plan on attending 1 coaching call a week.
This is a training program without comparison. There is nothing else that comes close to comprehensive care that you get as a member of the Athlete Team. Athletes who train with us can save 1000’s of dollars on PT, rehab, gym memberships, studio, massage fees and hospital bills.

All of our live coaching and training sessions are done online via Zoom video conferencing. We have built a private community network on Mighty Networks. You can meet and train with athletes from all over the world and have access to top coaches without ever leaving your house (or van).
Coaching tiers determine the level of engagement with the coaches. All tiers have direct coach access, but Momentum and Matrix give you 1:1 access to your coach.
Mandala is group coaching between all Mandala athletes and all coaches, who alternate calls each week, with the most flexible schedule. Join a coaching call weekly or come sporadically if your schedule is unpredictable. This level is best for those who like flexibility, variety, and being surrounded by a larger group of driven athletes!
Momentum is a small team, with a dedicated coach. Before the season starts, we match athletes based on their goals, passions, and personalities. You’re also welcome to come to us with your own group, if you already have a crew you’re psyched to train with!
This tier is best for those who prefer smaller, more intimate group settings and consistency, or need a little more support and accountability. Momentum athletes tend to be at a stage in their lives when kids, mortgages and families are taking center stage, and in order to get the fastest and more targeted coach access – you choose Momentum.
Matrix is private one-on-one coaching. This is the fastest progress, most individualized coaching experience available. Everything on your schedule, and optimized for the most direct road to peak performance.
While you have the option to workout anywhere, we do encourage athletes to dial in their own home gym, a.k.a. dojo, to reduce the barriers to training. And for that, we recommend a basic equipment list, including the items above:
If you don’t have any of the equipment above, don’t let that prevent you from signing up for the team. Part of our onboarding process is to learn about your setup, and our coaches will program your workouts around the equipment you have access to, even if you’re living in a van!
You’ll hear from our Athlete Team manager within two business days about whether the information you provided appears to be a good fit for joining the Athlete Team. We prioritize current athletes who want to continue each season, so you’ll receive confirmation about your acceptance the Monday after the last registration day. Mandala team spots tend to be more available, but Momentum and Matrix team spots are very limited each season. If you’re open to different coaching tiers, you’ll have more options to join the team.
