In an age of bio-hacks and disposable gadgets, coaching can become a game of chasing trends. The Samsara Method isn’t about keeping up with the fads! It’s about collaborating with physiological processes that have shaped human performance for millions of years.

The Foundations of Athleticism (FOA) Coaching Program is a 4 month educational journey into the science of high performance. We combine scientific study with systematic application – to synchronize academic learning with your own training. The FOA Program includes Basecamp – our online training platform that includes the entire library of exercises, workouts, and training plans.

Each student will receive a study schedule (podcasts, books, academic studies) to complete in anticipation of the bi-monthly live Cohort Calls. During these live sessions you will connect directly with your instructors, and other students.

The Foundations of Athleticism Coaching Program is designed to develop the world’s most cutting-edge coaches, across the spectrum of sport. Whether you are a new coach, or a seasoned fitness leader, this program will transform your understanding of the human body and give you the tools to transform the performance of the athletes you work with.

Requirements

This course is for coaches, or independent athletes - however we recommend that you have some background in reading scientific literature, and a base-level (CSCS) understanding of the human system. Students with no scientific background will be able to complete the course, but the reading may take longer than anticipated.
