Gift cards issued by Samsara Experience may be redeemed only for Basecamp or Athlete Team Membership. Gift cards cannot be returned, reloaded, refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to buy additional gift cards.
To redeem, recipients must enter the gift card code at checkout; remaining balances stay on the card, and purchases exceeding the balance require an additional payment method. Treat gift cards like cash, as lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Gift cards MUST be claimed within 30 days. The expiration date can be found in the account dashboard under “Gift Cards.” No refunds for items purchased with a gift card.
We reserve the right to void any card obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. For assistance, contact info@samsaraexperience.com.
